Ricotta Pie

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup oil

1 cup ricotta cheese

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup sugar

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a pie dish and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, egg, and oil until well combined. Place the dough in the bottom of the dish and press down to flatten. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined. Pour the mixture over the flour dough in the dish.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie is golden and firm to the touch.

Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool before serving. If desired, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
